High Varsity Try Outs are a LIE 📌 If you’re doing it the right way and working with your athletes year-round, at this point you will KNOW who is going to fill your varsity roster. Players showing up for the first time at tryouts, it is very unlikely they make the team for any program that has a culture and set expectations for their program throughout the year. Comment and share your thoughts! 💭
