A lot of people in my circle have also talked about this. Why was Rahul Gandhi being projected as someone who is not intelligent or aware of issues that affected Indians. He was downplayed, bullied and called various names. The answer is simple...PROPAGANDA. Just like Mo di is the exact opposite of what he has been projected to be.
