Some respite has come for commuters of University Road as new flyover at Safoora Intersection has been opened for traffic. Hopefully, mixed traffic lane of entire University Road will also be completed in the next few days including the portion from Hasan Square to NIPA

There were complaints that Safoora/Mausamiyat Bridge has not been opened for traffic. This is today’s video & traffic can be seen moving. With regards to remaining work on University Road, we are hopeful to have the entire artery completed in the next few weeks inshallah 🙏

Visited I.I. Chundrigar Road, which is also clear & traffic can be seen to be moving normally after heavy rain. There is some water on the sides which is being brushed out. The area of Tower is also clear while some water around the internal streets of old city area is also being pumped out

35 million gallons per day secondary treatment facility has become operational at TP1 Haroonabad & work has also begun on another 65 million gallons. What so far has not been done anywhere in Pakistan, has been done in Karachi under the leadership of Chairman Bilawal 🙌 #KarachiWorks
