Visited the last point of Soldier Baazaar Naala. The creek is taking rain water well and is being drained out at a fast speed. Whichever choking points get identified, are being addressed by the team

After improving the internal streets of Bohri Bazaar, KMC team is now working on beautifying the area. Properly paved streets and colourful umbrellas look nice, don’t they ?

Happy to share that 8 new snorkels will be distributed by CM Sindh tomorrow. Out of these 3 will be meant for Karachi &amp; 1 each for Sukkur, Larkana, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas &amp; Shaheed Benazirabad Divisions. These snorkels were budgeted &amp; procured by Sindh Govt of PPP

Some details about the hydrant management system that we have introduced. KWSC has 7 hydrants for 7 districts of Karachi &amp; all of these are physically and electronically monitored. Only tankers registered with KWSC are allowed to fill water from these hydrants

What does budget mean and how important is it for any government to improve its revenue collection. In 3 years, PPP led KMC has increased its revenue from Rs 1.1 Billion to Rs 6.5 Billion

Happy to have inaugurated the dedicated KWSC police station. This police station will enable our enforcement and anti theft teams to be better equipped for dealing with water theft issues, arrest of water thieves and their prosecution at the KWSC Tribunal

Visited I.I. Chundrigar Road, which is also clear & traffic can be seen to be moving normally after heavy rain. There is some water on the sides which is being brushed out. The area of Tower is also clear while some water around the internal streets of old city area is also being pumped out

Visited Munawar Chowrangi Underpass. Carpeting will be completed tonight, while 2 lines of SSGC will be shifted in 5-6 days. Once the underpass is opened for traffic, the slip lanes and service lanes will also be constructed #KarachiWorks

A new family park in UC 9 of Korangi Town is being developed by KMC. Work is nearing completion and this open green space is a much required place for the local residents who are surround by concrete structures #KarachiWorks
