📽️ Here's my FULL INTERVIEW with Roman Chernin, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of $NBIS. It was a pleasure to chat with Roman about both AI infrastructure as a whole and what differentiates Nebius' approach, as well as how the company plans to build a sustainable business model over the long term. Once again, I want to thank the entire team for making this happen, as well as my audience for all your support throughout my journey. Without you, none of this would have been possible. I sincerely hope you enjoy watching this interview as much as I loved recording it. Also available on YouTube. ⬇️ Disclaimer: As of recording, M. V. Cunha holds a position in Nebius Group at $25.67/share.

🚨 JUST IN: DataOne's CEO has denied rumors that $NBIS' data center in Vineland, New Jersey will expand to 1 GW. According to him, there isn't enough land to support that scale, and capacity shouldn't go “way above” 350 MW. Source: City of Vineland Town Hall Meeting

M. V. Cunha FULL INTERVIEW with Raj Grover, Founder & CEO of $HITI It was a pleasure to finally meet Raj and chat with him about High Tide's future. This was my first time doing something in this format, so I apologize if I seemed a bit nervous. Topics discussed: - $HITI's core business - The pillars of its proven business model: How the company is capturing market share - The path to 300 stores in 🇨🇦 and what comes next - $HITI's e-commerce segment - $HITI's entry into the German medical cannabis market: What happened with the Purecan deal? - $HITI's competitive advantage in this segment - The business model for medical cannabis - What comes next after Germany? - Upcoming operating leverage - The U.S. opportunity and $HITI's second-mover advantages - …and much more. I sincerely hope you enjoy it. Thank you all for making this possible, and thanks to Raj for accepting my invitation. Note: There was a technical issue with our third camera — the one intended to capture both of us simultaneously for transitions. To ensure the best possible quality, I decided to use only the other two.

Efficiency is the real bottleneck in AI. As AI adoption accelerates, data centers are becoming some of the most energy-hungry assets in the world. $NBIS' approach is clear: sustainability isn’t an afterthought, it’s a design principle. The company designs its servers, racks, and data centers in-house, allowing: - Higher thermal & power efficiency - Faster cluster deployment - Lower failure rates and easier maintenance - Longer hardware lifespan Essentially, more compute per unit of energy. In Finland, $NBIS operates hybrid cooling systems that combine outside air with direct liquid-to-chip cooling, using a closed-loop system with zero water withdrawal. Even more interesting: waste heat isn’t wasted. In 2024 alone, Nebius’ Finnish data center: - Helped heat ~2,500 households - Avoided ~3,200 tons of CO₂ emissions This is circular efficiency in practice. On the software side, $NBIS' full-stack cloud platform avoids overprovisioning by sharing buffers across hundreds of customers, while offering deep observability, down to tracking every kilowatt used to train large models across compute and storage. All in all, $NBIS is building AI infrastructure optimized for peak performance, cost efficiency, resilience, and long-term sustainability.

This isn’t talked about nearly as much as it should be. In a few years, $NBIS' 28% stake in ClickHouse could be worth close to its entire current market cap. Just listen to what a Senior Staff Software Engineer at $TSLA had to say: "Data in ClickHouse is better than data anywhere else. No other system lets you slice and dice your data, ask interesting questions, and get answers in an acceptable amount of time. There's nothing out there that competes with ClickHouse." That explains why it’s trusted by OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, Meta, Cloudflare, ServiceNow, and dozens of other top-tier names. The most recent funding round valued ClickHouse at $6.35B. I wouldn’t be surprised if it IPOs in a few years at a much higher valuation. For $NBIS, this is a massive hidden lever, potentially unlocking billions in non-dilutive, essentially free capital to reinvest into its core business.

After Neutron is ready to fly, $RKLB will have the ability to deploy constellations at cost, much like SpaceX. "What’s $RKLB's next big idea?" Peter Beck didn’t reveal specifics but hinted: “The biggest idea to happen in space has not been thought of yet.” 👀 I can’t wait.
