The new Overwatch season has arrived, and we cannot even enjoy it because the servers keep disconnecting us. In your support tickets, we are told that everything is working as intended, but the reality is that it clearly isn't. We have been experiencing disconnection issues throughout the entire year. Sometimes things improve, only to get worse again shortly afterward, but the servers never seem to stabilize. I've been playing Overwatch for almost 10 years, practically every day. Today, the game is also part of my job, as I create content and livestream it. I love the community I've been building here, and I want to bring even more people into the game. However, it is extremely difficult to stay positive when the game itself won't even let me play. It becomes even worse when this happens live during my streams. How can I encourage others to give the game a chance when neither I nor the many other players who show up and play every day can even enjoy it properly? It is incredibly frustrating to be unable to play the game that brings me comfort, only to end up receiving penalties because of these disconnections. I don't know if you believe that the LATAM/Brazil region doesn't have enough players to warrant attention, but there are many people here who genuinely love Overwatch and simply want to play the game. We deserve the same level of attention and a stable gaming experience. The attached video is from my Twitch livestream on October 8, 2026. Please review the footage starting at 3:00 PM Brasília time (BRT, UTC−3) and pay close attention to the repeated disconnections. I had to switch to another account because my main account had already received a suspension warning due to these repeated disconnections. If you watch the footage closely, you'll see that I was disconnected approximately four times during a single ranked match, with very short intervals between each disconnection. And I wasn't the only one experiencing this. Hundreds of players are facing the same issue. This is not an isolated incident, and it is seriously affecting the experience of players across the Brazilian region. Please take this situation seriously, investigate the server instability affecting Brazil, and fix these issues once and for all. We should not have to worry about being disconnected repeatedly or receiving penalties for technical problems beyond our control. We love Overwatch and simply want to be able to play it. Please listen to the LATAM community and give Brazilian players the stable servers we deserve. Thank you for your attention. I sincerely hope this issue will finally be addressed.

The connection issues have persisted for more than four seasons, and no effective action has been taken so far. Frequent disconnects cause not only frustration but also unjustified bans. I believe this problem is occurring more often in the SA region and urgently needs to be addressed. Additionally, high ping in Stadium mode happens in nearly 90% of normal and competitive matches. On several occasions, we are placed on NA servers even when both teams are composed entirely of SA players. This makes it very difficult to encourage players during livestreams to engage with the mode, as disconnects and laggy servers are consistently noticeable on stream. The server disconnections are still ongoing, and we are continuing to receive penalties because of them. There are complaints on the forums where a GM mentioned that nothing is wrong, despite the large number of reports and similar complaints also appearing on Reddit. It’s important to note that these reports are coming from all regions — Asia, Europe, and the Americas. While some players may not be affected, a large portion of the player base is clearly experiencing this issue. I truly enjoy streaming Overwatch and sharing new content with my community, but it’s very frustrating to be constantly disconnected due to server issues — especially now with the amazing collaboration with YOASOBI, where I’d love to showcase the skins and play the event.
