The server disconnections are still ongoing, and we are continuing to receive penalties because of them. There are complaints on the forums where a GM mentioned that nothing is wrong, despite the large number of reports and similar complaints also appearing on Reddit. It’s important to note that these reports are coming from all regions — Asia, Europe, and the Americas. While some players may not be affected, a large portion of the player base is clearly experiencing this issue. I truly enjoy streaming Overwatch and sharing new content with my community, but it’s very frustrating to be constantly disconnected due to server issues — especially now with the amazing collaboration with YOASOBI, where I’d love to showcase the skins and play the event. I kindly ask that you give proper attention to this serious issue. The videos provided are from livestreams on Monday and Tuesday. The connection issues have persisted for more than four seasons, and no effective action has been taken so far. Frequent disconnects cause not only frustration but also unjustified bans. I believe this problem is occurring more often in the SA region and urgently needs to be addressed. Additionally, high ping in Stadium mode happens in nearly 90% of normal and competitive matches. On several occasions, we are placed on NA servers even when both teams are composed entirely of SA players. This makes it very difficult to encourage players during livestreams to engage with the mode, as disconnects and laggy servers are consistently noticeable on stream.
