I looked up “Global, Novorossiysk”, and it appears that “Global” refers to “Global Group”, a company specializing in containerized logistics for agricultural products through the port of Novorossiysk. Chances are, this company was involved in exporting stolen Ukrainian grain. I hope the man in the video is right, and that it burns to the ground!
