🇻🇪 Update: I spent the morning with Venezuelans digging for their family members. They live in tents here, sometimes needing IVs due to dehydration. Every day they are pulling bodies out—some days finding more than 10. We are bringing tools & supplies to help however we can.

The 🇺🇦 Food Train 🚂 had a visitor today! Grateful to the Ukrainian Railways team for their non-stop courageous work. The train is still cooking thousands of meals every day, often under fire in the Kharkiv region. The Iron People are unbreakable.

Clean water is a major problem in Venezuela right now 💦 Many children have diarrhea from drinking non-potable water. Temporary shelters have tanks being filled by trucks with water from unknown sources, but people are drinking it out of desperation. La Guaira has no water at all. Today alone, Andres from our All Hands & Hearts team delivered 500 liters & sent water on motorbike to hard hit areas. Tomorrow, we will distribute dozens of water filters and purification tablets, as we work to get larger filtration systems in from partners.

Update from Lviv, Ukraine 🇺🇦 I’m at Superhumans, a state of the art prosthetics center we are helping build—it will open in April. 10,000 Ukrainians (many kids) have needed amputations in just 11 months. Superhumans means they can stay in Ukraine for rehabilitation & therapy. 🦾

Cat rescue underway! Our combat medic friend Marika found this cat in sub-freezing temperatures in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region (still controlled by Ukraine, but it’s very destroyed). She’s ill, so we will get her to a warm, safe place for treatment this week. Suggestions for a name?

Some good news out of Ukraine: these 6 young Ukrainians were rescued from Russian occupation by Save Ukraine. They endured deeply traumatic experiences, but today they are safe and beginning their rehabilitation at Save Ukraine centers. Over 600 stolen kids have now been saved!

Last night, Russia bombed one of our Invincibility Train Cars in northeastern Ukraine. Thankfully, nobody was hurt! 🙏 You can see toys & books from the All Hands & Hearts children’s area blown in with all the glass. Somehow, the kid’s TV survived. We will clean up and keep helping!
