📍Bay Ridge, Brooklyn The NYPD was fully unleashed today, as they violently cracked down on a Within Our Lifetime Nakba Day march in Bay Ridge, the beating heart of New York’s Arab community. White shirts (senior officers) were seen on video punching protesters who lay on the ground, knocking some unconscious, and pulling protesters from the crowd at random. Organizers have reported many serious injuries and are requesting both jail support and medical staff/materials at 1 Police Plaza. Fuck the NYPD. You can’t intimidate us—our solidarity with Palestine only grows stronger with every act of fascist repression. Get ready for a long hot summer.
