No more cement on our roads. Under a new section of the Road Traffic Act any material from a vehicle that damages road infrastructure can incur a $300,000 fine per incident. Multiple offenses multiply the penalty, repeated damage can cost millions. We’ve warned, encouraged, and pleaded; now the law will enforce accountability.
