Nashik onion farmers threaten nationwide protest if Centre's intervention triggers price fall. Farmers at the moment are getting a good price for the yield but that would drop if the Centre procured onion to control rising prices. They fear central government market interventions will bring open-market wholesale prices below production costs. The Centre has started moving bulk onion stocks through dedicated railway rakes – the 'Kanda Express' – from Nashik in Maharashtra to major consuming centres, as part of efforts to augment supplies and check the seasonal rise in prices.

Amaravati India's First Fully Pole-Free Capital City. Look up in any Indian city and you will see a tangle of wires, Electricity cables, telecom lines, iternet cords, strung across poles, draped over trees, cutting through the skyline. Amaravati is refusing to accept that as normal. India's first greenfield capital is going underground, rewriting the rules of what an Indian city can look like. Every wire. Every cable. Every pipe. Power lines. Optical fibre. Water. Gas. Sewage. All of it beneath the surface. Amaravati's common utility corridor system is eliminating poles entirely, delivering cleaner skylines, unobstructed roads, and infrastructure that can handle cyclones, storms, and the demands of the next century. It is a model Singapore built. The Middle East embraced. And now Amaravati is bringing it to India. And it is not just about aesthetics. Every pole removed is a tree saved. Every underground cable is one less casualty in a cyclone. Every clean skyline is a city breathing better. No poles cluttering the view. No wires sagging over roads. No disruption every time it rains. Only clean streets. Open skies. And a city built as cities should have been built from the start.

BJP MP Kangana Ranaut on Saurav Das- “I just googled this person and he is 28 years old. And he claims to be a student. How he claims to be a student I have no clue!! At his age, I had two National Awards. Yes, as a new parliamentarian, I was overwhelmed with all the work because I am also a filmmaker, performing artist, producer, screenwriter, and entrepreneur. But someone like him, who is totally useless and unemployed, will never understand what it means to be in massive demand at all times, at any age. Dear Saurav, your issues are personal. You are not a student; you are simply useless. Let's start with learning some skill. It's a good place to start.”
