New: Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger appointed an all new parole board this year. The board decides if Virginia’s most dangerous criminals get released on parole or serve their full sentences. So far under Spanberger, criminals are ten times more likely to get parole. One Virginia family learned that the hard way at the parole board’s latest meeting.

Virginia’s largest school district is under scrutiny for what they’re leaving out of lessons on the 9/11 terrorist attacks. For instance, FCPS is directing teachers not to associate 9/11 with Islam despite the terrorist attacks being committed by Islamic extremists. Fairfax County is just a few miles from the Pentagon where 184 people lost their lives when hijackers flew an American Airlines jet into the building in the September 11th terrorist attacks. Former Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares says this kind of instruction over teaching 9/11 expands beyond Fairfax County. This year, Governor Abigail Spanger signed legislation to restore so called culturally responsive material on the teaching of 9/11. “I think it's monstrous,” said Miyares. “I think this deals with legislation that was passed that put back in some of this so-called guidance that Governor Youngkin had removed. But I think it's intentional, and I think it's asking us to forget what is one of the darkest days in our history-a day that was perpetuated by extreme radical Islamic terrors. The idea that you can't say two plus two equals four is not education. That is indoctrination. That is trying to hide what happened.”

🚨This year, Governor Abigail Spanberger canceled State Police and State prisons’ formal partnerships with ICE, known as 287(g) agreements. Now, Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones is cracking down on local law enforcement agencies working with ICE to arrest illegal immigrants. More than 20 local law enforcement agencies and jails have active 287(g) agreements in Virginia. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office joined ICE on the road where they stopped dozens of vehicles and arrested 49 people. 7News obtained a letter Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones sent to the Sheriff. Jones said he’s investigating whether the Sheriff and Greene County Deputies deprived people of rights protected by state and federal law during the traffic stops. Delegate Karen Hamilton represents Greene County and she thinks the Democratic Attorney General is politically targeting the Greene County Sheriff.

🚨New: Fairfax County parents tell me their girls were groped in between their legs front to back during school by an adult male student who happens to be an illegal immigrant and that this has been happening the entire school year. Parents are livid at Fairfax County Public Schools. Today, Steve Descano’s prosecutor Jenna Sands agreed to release the suspect from jail. The judge said no. ICE lodged a detainer. 🚨🚨WATCH: Even after new evidence shows registered sex offender Richard Cox had child porn and children’s swim class schedules at Fairfax County rec centers on his phone, Fairfax County police told me they still don’t plan to charge Cox with any crimes. Cox, a biological male, claimed he was a woman and was allowed to use women’s locker rooms at Fairfax County, Virginia rec centers where he allegedly exposed himself to women and girls. 🚨New: Starting today, dining out will be more expensive in Fairfax County, Virginia. You’ll be paying a new 4% food tax on all prepared food and beverages sold as a meal. That means with the state’s 6% sales tax, you’ll be paying 10% in taxes on your bill for prepared meals at restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. Despite claiming to want to lower costs for residents, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors voted to implement the new food tax even after voters rejected it twice at the ballot box.

🚨WATCH: Parents are furious after they say a male student, who is in the country illegally, groped several girls in between their legs in the hallway at Fairfax High School in Virginia. The male student will be 19-years-old soon. ICE says he crossed the southern border in 2024. He’s charged with nine counts of assault and battery, a misdemeanor. But some parents I spoke to want him to be charged with sexual assault.

🚨New: DHS told me the man who tried to violently disarm a Fairfax County police officer this week is an illegal immigrant. The suspect is Nehemia Noel Fuentes-Banegas. DHS told WJLA he’s from Honduras and that he entered the United States illegally through Texas in 2022. DHS says the Biden Administration released him into the country. Homeland Security says lCE lodged an immigration detainer asking Fairfax County not to release him.

🚨 It happened again. An illegal immigrant with a lengthy criminal history was arrested in Northern Virginia. This time a woman was waiting for a ride share in the morning when police say the illegal immigrant pushed her against a wall and attempted to rape her in Arlington. Homeland Security is calling on Arlington officials and Gov. Abigail Spanberger not to release the illegal immigrant back into the community. Last year, the Arlington County Board revised its policy to ban Arlington police officers from contacting ICE even when there are suspected or confirmed illegal immigrant gang members, human traffickers, and terrorists in the community.
