🚨 Today the California Senate Committee held a hearing on the “Stop Nick Shirley Act,” known as AB 2624. This bill will criminalize and punish anyone from looking into fraud inside immigrant communities in California. This bill was created only after I exposed billions of dollars in fraud throughout immigrant communities in the US. “Immigration support services” have become a billion dollar industry in California, and now that the fraud has been exposed, they are trying to criminalize those who look into the fraud. The bill has passed through the California Assembly and is set to pass through the Senate and then to Governor Newsom’s desk. This bill was created by the Attorney Generals WIFE and will allow him to go after citizens if they film nonprofits and “immigration support services providers”. Welcome to Califraudia.

🚨 Confronting the Co-Sponsors of the Stop Nick Shirley Act: Under bill AB 2624, this video would be illegal. All an “immigration support service provider” would need to do is give you a paper saying you cannot post the video, and you would face a minimum $4,000 fine plus court costs and attorney fees. CHIRLA the co-sponsor of this bill, has received over $80,000,000 in taxpayer dollars to help illegal immigrants. It does not allow public entry into its building and is rumored to be tied to the cartels. When I tried to speak with a employee, they all fled and closed the building. What do they have to hide while using taxpayer funds to operate? This is why they need this bill to pass so they can shield the public from looking into California’s corruption. EXPOSE IT ALL.

🚨The Minnesota fraud empire is falling: Yesterday 15 fraudsters were charged and $90 million was busted. The MSM tried to cover for the fraudsters. Governor Tim Walz called it "white supremacy" to expose it and Ilhan Omar is completely SILENT. 🚨 Please watch: While casually walking in NYC, a man goes unhinged by my presence. He yells and screams that I am “Islamophobic and racist” but can’t give one example. 🚨 I was almost taken hostage in Cuba... I went to Cuba to document the humanitarian crisis and show life under 60+ years of communism and now amid the US blockade. Once I landed, they seized all my cameras except my iPhone and had intelligence agents following me all day until my security noticed their spies tailing us to the hotel where they waited all night for us to come down. Under communism there is no free speech, and those who show the reality or speak up are imprisoned. 🚨 California Passed "The Stop Nick Shirley Act": This week the California Assembly passed AB 2624. This bill will criminalize investigative journalism involving the immigrant population. It would have made it illegal to expose the Somali "Learing" center if it were in California or the Armenian hospice fraud in LA if they claimed "reasonable fear." The bill protects "immigration support services providers," which means services provided to immigrants, including health care. It has been proven that millions, potentially billions, of dollars in fraud has taken place in "immigrant support services” which includes nonprofits and NGOs the state funds. California is trying to make it harder to expose fraud and scare individuals from investigating it as they could be forced and sued to remove the video, forced to pay attorney fees, and ordered to pay a minimum of $4,000 in damages. This bill would have made it criminal to expose fake hospices in LA or the Somali “learing center” in Minnesota if they then claim “reasonable fear” and the business owner gives a written demand not to post the video. 🚨 Here at this UPS store in California over 30 people are registered to vote. It is illegal to list a PO Box as your domicile address (which appears on the voter roll). You can receive a ballot at a PO Box, but it cannot be the domicile address—which over 30 of them are, errors and suspected fraudulent activity is everywhere in California voter rolls. Even with obvious evidence California seems to not care about their voter rolls meanwhile you do not even need an ID to vote… how much fraud do you suspect in California?
