You can actually achieve a lot with very little resources, they're also not that demanding. And they have quite an interesting value chain, from meat, fur, urine, feaces e.t.c.....no waste when it comes to rabbits. Let's not forget that they're also very prolific, they give birth in litters. So it's highly rewarding, you should look into it.

This is a Garri production process. Do you know why palm oil is added? It is to reduce the Cyanide content of the Cassava. They know they're not going to ferment it, that's why they're adding palm oil to make it safer for consumption. The downside of adding palm oil is that the Gaari won't swell up like that of fermented Gaari. That is why - Yello Gaari doesn't swell as much as Fermented Gaari - this is a research backed up fact.
