🚨 Successful Claims Stories-A heart attack within 40 days of insurance of the policy, In Feb this year, One of our followers approached us for a policy for his father, His father had hypertension(High blood pressure) We asked him to buy a policy with a waiver of the waiting period for hypertension, BP would now be covered after 30 days of insurance This increased the premium drastically, But we still advised him to buy the policy, Very reluctantly, He bought the policy, Unfortunately, His father suffered a massive heart attack in the last 15 days, When he lodged the claim in emergency His claim was rejected, In case of an early claim(within 6 months of issuance) Companies generally investigate thoroughly and reject cashless claims. When the customer contacted us, We contacted the top management of Niva Bupa, Got the entire team involved, We worked the entire night with the Niva Bupa team The customer has lost all hope, But we told the customer we will get the claim from him We moved every member of our team to get this claim. The customer was entitled to this claim, And finally, the next morning the claim was passed And we got it for him, We hope that his father recovers very quickly, But to get a heart attack claim within 40 days of issuance is tough, Our entire team and our partner insurer have cooperated with us massively to make this happen!
