But I don't understand how he's been so influenced by either Secretary Rubio or Lindsey Graham, but they have influenced him such that he's acting in a way contrary to what he used to say. Chuck Todd: Well the campaign trail in 2024 is littered with quotes from him and his surrogates saying, if you vote for Kamala Harris, that's a potential vote for a war with Iran.
