@chucktodd WashPo reporters truly live in a bubble. Everyone outside their bubble is pretty clear they are producing garbage, their owner bluntly tells them this, but they refuse to change. Then they are like "why won't he give us more money"

There’s a small audience now that they do not have a monopoly and most people are aware of the bias. Let’s say it’s 40% of the country- out of that, they have to compete with maybe 20 other outlets, from NYT to MSNBC to Newsweek, all with the same slant, and all with the same, lackluster level of performance and acumen in the craft.
