يجب أن ندعم محاربة مجرمي نظام الأسد وتقديمهم للقضاء ويجب التأكد من القيام بذلك دون إلحاق الضرر بالمدنيين الأبرياء عمداً. الدولة تتحمل مسؤولية حماية المواطنين الأبرياء وعدم التعامل بطائفية مع أي مواطن. الرحمة على أرواح الأبرياء من المدنيين ومن قوات الأمن.

العقوبات المفروضة على النظام السوري لا تؤثِّر على دخول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى الشعب السوري داخل أو خارج سيطرة النظام. النظام السوري يحاول المُراوغة لرفع العقوبات ليتَمكّن من تمويل آلة القتل التي أدّت بحياة مليون سوري وهجَّرَت نصف الشعب وماتزال تُعذِّب أكثر من مئة ألف مُعتَقَل.
