These Kashmiri elites are fooling Indian masses with “we are Indian” nonsense. The funeral procession of Hizbul Mujahideen commanders just 8 years ago, their social media accounts’ sentiments even today about India/Indians at large without distinction, makes it clear that (even if marginalised) a significant portion of Kashmiri Muslims may harbour some form of separatist sentiment. You would be blind to not see that. Unless steps are taken to de-radicalise people from that, the situation may remain grim and Pakistan will use them as pawns against India.
