Regarding “the Ali G distraction” is it possible that had I been Jewish, some people would now demand that I be cancelled for a running sketch on the BBC about a brown character (who may or may not be Muslim) desperately wanting to be black to boost his self esteem?

To get an idea of the mindset of the Islamic regime, a group of their supporters made an online game that involves killing protesters from the January uprisings and turning them into grounded meat to make sausages (image attached). 🚨 Particularly upsetting is the use of the identities of well known victims, purposefully disrespecting the families of the murdered. Imagine a photo of your 16 year old daughter shot in the back of the head by the IRGC being used in a video glorifying her killers? The game was created by a group under the pseudonym ‘Velocodes’ and developed to run directly through web browsers. You can tell by his traumatised voice how appalling the game is for Iranians. This is the reality of living under this regime. Now watch the regime bots pile on to this post. Not entirely clear subtitles in English appear at the top of the video.

Incredible video. Afghan dad jokingly says school is only for boys. Watch his remarkable daughter - who can’t be more than 5 or 6 years old - respond with these arguments. Afghan girls have been denied access to schools and universities. This little girl's courage represents the collective voice of countless Afghan girls who yearn for equal educational opportunities. As an advocate for girls' education the father's teasing is simply to highlight an important message: that the Taliban - another backward regime - are harming the people of his country. It’s time the world is done with them. Ditto the “Islamic” Republic in Iran #regime

Goodbye Brazil. Long gone are the days of players like Eder. First clip is from Wembley 1981. I was stood behind the goal that night and couldn’t understand why Ray Clemence stood still. I only got it when I rushed home to see that swerve on the ITV highlights. At the World Cup in Spain a year later he did it to Russia’s Rinat Dasayev. Then again to Alan Rough v Scotland. In early 1983 thousands of new born babies in Brazil were named Eder.

Morality police attacks a woman not wearing hijab in a car. Watch her fight back despite getting punched in the face. To the undecided men: choose a side. And for the sake of humanity make interventions. This woman is all women of Iran. You’d do well to support them.

This is a very important post by NPOV please watch. Anyone who is not aware of what is going on inside Iran and the worst extermination of human beings in contemporary modern history, be aware that the regime is dominating social media algorithms. #IranMassacre

Ireland sends a message of hope. #IsraelPalestineConflict Huge respect to Patrick Kielty for these important closing words on The Late Late Show FYI Patrick’s own father John "Jack" Kielty was shot dead in 1988 by a group calling themselves the Ulster Freedom Fighters (UFF) during the Troubles in N. Ireland. If anyone is qualified to talk about hope it’s Patrick Kielty and the people of Ireland, where the mothers played a huge role in achieving “the miracle” of peace.

Powerful documentary by ZANDLAND™ appeared on ITV recently that shows - despite people trying to convince you otherwise - the December anti-regime uprisings in Iran were not only organic, they were close to toppling the regime. After hearing the call from Reza Pahlavi literally millions came to the streets. And the January massacres were real. Important to note that the documentary will have adhered to a certain editorial by ITV which may upset some Iranians. The number of deaths quoted at the end are ‘highly conservative’ to say the least. Watch on ITVX catchup. Warning ⚠️ there is clear footage of the massacres.

Sure Keir Starmer don’t get involved with war in Iran but here’s the huge issue you’ve totally underestimated: you promised to put the IRGC on the terrorist list and you didn’t. You recently promised again and still haven’t. It is key to how we perceive your “decency and respect” and hope for “a stronger, fairer Britain” to quote your speech this morning. This is not political advice, it’s a suggestion as we are talking about a human rights issue: if you want us to believe that you and your party care about human values, the quicker you put the IRGC on the terrorist list, shut down the IRI funded terror centres around Britain, shut the embassy of the Islamic Republic and freeze their assets, the sooner you’d convince us. If not - from the standpoint of millions - it looks like you, and many on the left currently attacking Iranians supporting freedom for the people of Iran, are standing with literal terrorists. Our country is already going down a very dark path with rising antisemitism and - because of the Islamic Republic spreading their hate - rising Islamophobia. The time to act is now. Not just for your own political survival but for the whole world. On Jan 9th here with Matt Frei when news of the massacres was just filtering in and visibly traumatised when the number of dead was thought to be 12,000. The correct estimate is on my pinned tweet.
