“Once a decision is announced, it must bring peace and rest to all the people, to the whole fullness of the Church. Above all stands the people; they are the guardian of Orthodoxy.” — Blessed Metropolitan Augustinos Kantiotis Video is from today’s shameful enthronement of the replacement of Metropolitan Tychikos in Paphos, where the people of Cyprus reacted. Glory be to God, there is still a devout and faithful people.

The Holy fire has once again descended upon the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. Church bells are tolling from every corner of the city as Orthodox Christians flock to receive the fire. The Holy fire is currently making its way to Greece, Russia, Jordan, Syria and the surrounding neighbouring nations!

The Moscow-wide procession of the Cross gathered such a vast number of people that even the figure of one million no longer seems impossible. It was pouring with rain. People were soaked through, yet no one left. Orthodox Christians kept walking — with prayer, crosses, and faith in their hearts. Then something remarkable happened. The rain stopped, and beautiful sunshine broke through over Moscow, as though light had come after the trial.

Ratko Mladić’s body was brought from The Hague to Belgrade this evening, with a Serbian government aircraft landing at Nikola Tesla Airport at around 5:50 p.m. According to Flightradar24 data, the flight was at one point the most tracked in the world. May his memory be eternal. May the Lord grant rest to his soul and comfort to his family and loved ones. He will be remembered as one of the first prominent European military figures to resist against the Islamisation of Europe.
