You used to be able to take the back of your phone off, replace the battery, and you’d be good for another few years. Now, manufacturers like Apple not only work to block independent repair, but design their products to have a shorter lifespan. The idea is to boost sales by forcing consumers to replace their electronics more often. If elected, I’d support strong right to repair legislation, but also work with the FTC to go after this unfair and deceptive business practice.

We don’t need another investigation. We don’t need another useless congressional report that leads to nothing. We need ACTION! Tyson workers and Nebraska ranchers need you to demand that USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins immediately initiate an action to hold Tyson accountable for any market manipulation.

The Ogallala Aquifer took thousands of years to fill. It belongs to Nebraska families, not tech billionaires.
