Revenue and equity value now accrue to one asset: PACT. Pact Labs, Inc. is wholly owned by PACT Foundation as of September 10th. Investor equity has converted to PACT. There is no separate equity class ahead of holders. What this means for PACT holders: 1. The fee switch is on. 80% of net revenue now fund open market PACT buybacks. $466.7K in revenue has been collected to date. 2. Pact Labs’ contracts and revenue now sit under the foundation that PACT holders govern. 3. The first buybacks are done. We bought back 146.4M PACT on October 6th. $188k more is allocated and will be deployed. All PACT buybacks go to a segregated vault. 4. Every purchase is reported publicly, with a live transparency hub and quarterly reports coming soon. The team continues to build stablecoin infrastructure for credit, payroll, and merchant liquidity.
