In ancient times, Shiva was also a male form who accepted poison for the upliftment and protection of the society and became Neelkanth. With the passage of time, Ram also a male form who gave guidelines of dignity to the society and taught the right path of living. With time, Krishna also incarnated as a male form who received both love and hatred from almost every aspect of the society, but still continued on the path of his duty and showed the way of life to the coming ages. There are many such men around you, they could be your father, brother, husband or any other relative of yours who are quietly fulfilling their responsibilities throughout the day. They are just doing their work without seeing good or bad and are fulfilling their duty with full devotion towards their family and society. This relationship can also be between a mother and a son, where a mother will say to her son, "You run around for everyone all day, now your mother will walk a few steps in your respect." But it is also an ignorance of the society that we are not expressing our sympathies towards these men like Shiva, Ram or Krishna. Sometimes we are forgetting to see that they also have feelings and society should respond to those feelings in a grateful manner. Friends, this small effort of mine “Walk for Men” is a response which I want to dedicate to all those hardworking men of the society, whose emotions remain suppressed while fulfilling the needs of their families and their society. I want us to express our feelings openly towards those men and through this event “Walk for Men”, we should tell those men that they are an inspiration for all of us. Our appeal is to all those women who are ready to take a few steps and express their feelings out of respect for their family and any man living nearby, We hope that more and more women will join this revolution. “Walk for Men” is not just an event but the first phase of a global movement which is going to start from Kota city in India, our effort is to make this movement reach more than 5 crore people on the global platform. Right now, this is just a first step which will become a long journey with the support of all of you. Let us come together and tell all those hardworking men that those who are either soldiers being deployed on the border, or sometimes making the country proud by becoming players, they are not alone. Every Indian like me and you hold his hand and we salute his every deed. Come, let's take a few steps together for those for whom duty never stops.
