Today I had a very serious argument on call with vivo India V-Shield Insurance issue. It’s frustrating that brand like vivo partnered with Grantie to handle claims related stuffs. Its about 35 min heated discussion and the executive just ended call on his side. Do u guys want me to share my trauma in future ? Jerome Chen if u treat public like that whats the point of all hospitality & Namaste India.
