We’d gladly hire more Americans if they were willing to work five full days a week, meet baseline production, and relocate when necessary. But fewer and fewer can, or want to do that. Meanwhile, Hispanics just show up, work hard, go where the job is, and get it done. That reliability is becoming rare. They also do some really cool Indio dances at work that makes the rain fall.
