No one has ever called 112 and has never been attended to with very impressive response time. This is Rishi Sunak saying everything about universities that I have dedicated my platform to. Universities are OVERRATED!!! 90-95% of the students studying Microbiology, Biochemistry, Botany etc were rejected by Medicine, Nursing etc and dumped into these departments to study those courses. Students who set out to study LAW suddenly find their names on CRS, Islamic studies etc merit list. The Universities are ripping them off! They graduate from these courses and there’s nowhere they want to apply the knowledge either home or abroad. There are 1.8 million students in Nigerian universities!!! 1.8 students!!! What are they studying? Most of them become self-made WhatsApp business entrepreneurs or eventually go back to learn skills. So, 4years+x of their lives wasted gaining unnecessary knowledge all because the university wants to rip them off and their parents wants them to attend the university by “tipa tipa by fire” so they can brag. We don’t need MORE universities or university graduates, we need more vocational education institutions. We need to stop these universities from churning out empty heads with certificates and start thinking how we can train them with real life skills. Dear Bola Ahmed Tinubu for your attention.

Namibia has just 3 million people. More than half of them are living in multidimensional poverty. The capital(Windhoek) is littered with shanties with child poverty everywhere. Namibia can not even measure up to Abia State (one of the most underdeveloped states in Nigeria). Yet, some idiots calling themselves Nigerians are encouraging insults from a tiny country like Namibia that Nigeria has been giving aids to since their creation because they don't like the president.

I had to rewatch this media chat to point out that the continuous drop in food prices and inflation rate is not a fluke. It is a result of economic policies. “I don’t believe in price control… we continue to supply the market… the economic variables will work against anyone trying to hoard in this market…” Everything he said in this chat. He did them! Tinubu wanted a FREE market, aligned all of his economic policies in that direction and now, there’s a serious price competition going on. Again, governance is not rocket science!

Sanwo-Olu spent the best part of this week wooing investors from London into Lagos. He Organized Invest Lagos reception to guide British investors and even went on Sky News to hawk Lagos. 5 years from now when Lagos becomes the 2nd largest economy behind Nigeria, Oriamo developers will say they developed Lagos and it was a former FCT. Dapo Abiodun, Seyi Makinde, and Abiodun Oyebanji were in Cairo “in-person” to sign a 500bn investment agreement with Afriexim bank, pitch their respective states to investors and persuade them directly to come in. 5 years from now when the South West becomes the most developed sub-region in Africa, folks will come here to scream “Yoruba Tax”. South West Governors are governing like there’s no president. They are not whining about the president but are instead focused on delivering the dividend of democracy. They have put the laces through their boots and are thinking futuristic. Ekiti State launched an independent Power Plant after Lagos and they didn’t engage influencers and praise singers like a certain state that drew “yellow makings” did.
