లులు మాల్ కి వైజాగ్, విజయవాడ లో 2-3 వేల కోట్లు చేసే ప్రభుత్వ భూములు దోచి పెట్టడం వల్ల రాష్ట్రానికి సంపద సృష్టి జరగదు. చుట్టూ ఉండే రిటైల్ షాప్స్, కిరాణా షాప్స్ మూతపడి వాళ్ల కుటుంబాలు రోడ్డున పడుతాయి. షాపింగ్ మాల్ వల్ల 10-15 వేల జీతాలు ఇచ్చే 100-200 సేల్స్ జాబ్స్ తప్ప క్వాలిటీ జాబ్స్ రావు. పారదర్శకత తో ఇవ్వాలనుకుంటే దేశంలో అన్ని మేజర్ షాపింగ్ మాల్స్ నుండి బిడ్డింగ్ ఇన్వైట్ చేసుండొచ్చు. ఇది ప్రభుత్వ పెద్దలు లాభం కోసం చేసుకున్న ఒప్పందం తప్ప ఇంకొకటి కాదు.
