BRYCE ELDRIDGE WALK-OFF GRAND SLAM

This is the one that needs to stay:

Jackson Flora struck out the side in his second inning, hit 100 mph and tipped his cap to the crowd after striking out the beer batter. The Giants might be back.

The complete opposite of last night’s outfield celebration:

The first hit comes in the first at-bat for Bo Davidson:

First baseman Rafael Devers:

Bryce Eldridge's double off the wall: 113.4 mph (season-high for Giants) and 415 feet (would have been out of 16 parks).

Mike Krukow got a standing ovation when shown on the scoreboard, the first of many over the next two months:

Gabe Kapler (here with the Marlins) is part of the group on the field for the Brandon Belt ceremony. Belt had his best season with Kapler and his staff:

Luis Arraez, the new starting second baseman:

The error in the bottom of the sixth has been changed to a base hit. The no-hitter is over.

Heliot Ramos with a very loud homer against a future Hall of Famer:

Jung Hoo Lee has figured out right field at Oracle Park:

Gavin Kilen (last year's first-round pick) with an RBI single against the Giants:

What if the best addition anyone makes this week is Osleivis Basabe ...

Eddys Leonard has his first big league hit after more than 3,000 minor league plate appearances. It was a 107 mph double and he was smiling the entire time he was running:

Matt Chapman is out after getting hurt on this grounder. He was grimacing after his next at-bat and went straight to sit down in dugout after popping up. Luis Arraez is playing third and Jonah Cox is at second.

Jackson Flora’s first inning in San Jose’s playoff game: hit 98 mph, showed off a good slider, elite strikeout strut

Marcelo Mayer is going to spend a couple of days here and then join Triple-A Sacramento next week for a short rehab assignment. Shouldn’t be long before he’s in the lineup.

Happy Mike Krukow Day!

Buster Posey on the Patrick Bailey trade:

Mike Yastrzemski didn't make his big league debut until he was 28, but he ended up playing 790 games for the Giants over seven seasons. He played right field at Oracle Park as well as anyone, including on his last day as a Giant:

First baseman Rafael Devers:

This needs to be a permanent part of the ballpark:

Put Duane Kuiper in the Hall of Fame 😂

Bryce Eldridge's 16th homer was one of his most impressive this year. Went the other way on an elevated fastball from a lefty:

The Giants had a video ready for Mike Yastrzemski, who is playing his first game at Oracle Park since being traded:

Over in the NL Central, Luis Matos throwing a runner out at the plate to help Kyle Harrison:

Bryce Eldridge: "It's not too late to change your mind ..."

The first career walk-off for Victor Bericoto was an absolute rocket: 109 mph off the bat and 445 feet

Grant McCray is doing all he can to stay in the mix as the Giants get some guys back from the IL. Doing this during a night game is a little Devers-ish:

Daniel Susac didn't homer in his first 44 big league games but now has three in the last two days. The mustache might be here to stay.

Victor Bericoto did it again, this time getting a runner at second. Very impressive two days for a guy who is trying to prove he's ready for more big league time:

The 2026 Wall of Fame class: Brandon Belt, Brandon Crawford, Joe Panik, Buster Posey and Pablo Sandoval

Tony Vitello on the end of a very good season for Rafael Devers:

Rafi's revenge ...

Tim Anderson got ejected. He was upset after this pitch and kept talking from the dugout. Weird one.

Kai Correa was asked about Brandon Crawford’s career as a shortstop and told a great story about a play against the Dodgers a couple years ago:
