Back in Nov 2016, after Elwelu led a military raid on the Rwenzururu palace where hundreds of guards and helpers were killed, Andrew Felix Kaweesi(RIP) the then police spokesperson came on TV bragging that, over 41 palace guards have been neutralized(taken out of action) by the security forces. That same week he appeared on NBS TV frontline talk show with Miria Matembe who knowingly or unknowingly appeared to have cast a spell on Kaweesi's life.
