Clive is no longer executing legal transactions , but am working in an advisory and consultancy capacity to public and private companies particularly in relation to corporate transactions. 💪🏻🙏🏻🤩 We are currently working to secure properties for prime living. Soon, we will announce their locations and begin selling apartments in each city. To finance the project, we will sell 70% of the apartments in the following cities: Tromsø, Bodø, Trondheim, Oslo and Bergen. Additionally, we will rent out 30% of the apartments in each Norwegian city to local governments.This initiative will be promoted through a major television marketing campaign in Norway to ensure widespread awareness. Simultaneously, we will launch a large television campaign for our clinic in Gran Canaria, Spain, to inform everyone in Europe about the exceptional services offered at our clinic. This marks the beginning of prime living in Norway, an exciting pilot project that will pave the way for expansion to the US and the rest of the world.

Thor-Rune began his television career at TVNorge in 1989, focusing on popular entertainment, music, and sports before moving to Canal+. With extensive experience as a commentator for English Premier League soccer, he spent the next 17 years covering Premier League matches, as well as soccer from various countries and other sports events. By the time he retired from sports commentary in 2010, he was Norway’s most experienced soccer commentator, having covered approximately 1,500 games. Additionally, he served as the stadium announcer for all of Norway’s international matches, every Norwegian Cup final, and his beloved club, Lyn, for over 22 seasons. Thor-Rune also appeared as a key personality on the highly popular Norwegian television program *Casino*, broadcast on TVNorge. We’ve always ensured compliance with legal requirements, guided by expert advisors to protect the company and its shareholders. I feel incredibly blessed to lead this exceptional management team and company after all these years, while remaining deeply humbled by the support of our key investors—prominent figures from Norway and around the world—who have been with us since day one. I’d like to acknowledge some of them here, though I’ll keep a few names private for now. 💪🏻🙏🏻🤩 What an extraordinary week for Kokoon—progress is firing on all cylinders, and we’re charging toward an exciting future. On behalf of the management team, I want to extend our deepest thanks to the 600 shareholders of Kokoon Global Inc. and a special appreciation to the 150 shareholders of Kokoon Property Norway ASA. That company is on track to become the first in our group to list on the stock exchange in Norway, already registered on the Euronext list and in the VPS system—a proud moment for us all. I’m now back on Gran Canaria after a packed schedule of meetings in London and Norway. Today, we wrapped up a significant transition, moving from our old office into a new building here that houses a large clinic. As of May, the medical operator will take full charge of operations on Gran Canaria, running the show locally. Meanwhile, the management team, previously based on the Canary Islands, is relocating to a brand-new building in Miami, USA. From now on, this Miami hub will be the beating heart of our entire global operation, directing Kokoon’s worldwide efforts.
