People said my last AI PCBs were too simple. So I’m letting GPT-6 Astra build a quadrotor end to end. PCB in EasyEDA. Frame in Fusion 360. 3D-printed arms. Firmware. Camera. Goal: Astra designs it, flies it, and explores the world with its own eyes. V1 PCB is done. Video below.

Claude Opus 5.5 dropped yesterday. Today I used it with tscircuit to rebuild my FPV flight controller. Same board, different toolchain.

PCB and enclosure both from GPT-6 Astra. Board arrived, case printed, assembled — powered on first try. Only miss: the 3D model’s power-switch cutout is wrong — button won’t press once it’s in the shell. Left it as-is for consistency. Switching with a screwdriver for now. Annoying, but it works. Photos + video below.

Fed GPT-6 Astra my PCB models. It designed the wearable enclosure in Fusion 360. Two boards, a battery, an external power button, magnets to clip it on clothes. Next: 3D print, PCBA, then power it on for real.
