I literally just had to dial 911 for someone to help us get off this plane!!!! They said they can’t do anything about americanair holding us on the tarmac …. engines running…. going nowhere….. since 4:22 pm CST. It is now 7:08om CST. At first we were delayed because they said we had too much fuel, and overweight for landing at DFW, then , the pilot said we were going to get a new route so we would burn fuel (fly in circles, i guess)

A) Kyle was NOT resisting law enforcement B) If law enforcement approached Kyle Rittenhouse & took him to the ground, he would NOT reach for his side arm & expect to live. FACTS: -Petti resisted law enforcement. -While being combative on the ground, officers were alerted he had a "GUN...." -Petti continued to be combative, and reached for his right side. Officer who drew his weapon immediately upon being alerted to the "GUN!...", fired his weapon when Petti reached for his right side. -Thankfully, when Petti reached for his side-arm, his holster was emptied. Seconds before he reached, another officer thankfully disarmed Petti. Here in Cincinnati, when you're resisting law enforcement and a police officer knows you have a gun...as soon as you reach for your right side, you can expect to be shot dead. My suggestion to anyone who wants to conceal-carry: (1) don't be combative & resist law enforcement (2)Don't reach for your sidearm after 5 officers are alerted that you have a gun.
