It's a direct result of black mothers that just poop out multiple kids for extra income, get carried by the system without any kind of father figure around, and they let them do whatever they want. It's an infestation of them. A lot of these mothers also have like 5-6 baby daddy's. Chicago. Dallas. Houston. LA. Name any major city, in fact. I'm not gonna sugar coat anything.
