trying to use topological data analysis to map the shape of my x bookmarks through mapper + embedding extraction and generated 3 views: - density: where attention keeps gravitating - pca: the dominant axes of variation - centroid: center vs edge (typical -> outlier)

all my obsidian notes are now a living, digital garden 🌿🌸 each plant is a notes from a tag: older ones on the trunk, newer ones as leaves. i wanted to create a sense of tending your garden, so scrubbing the timeline lets you watch your notes grow chronologically.

what does ai actually add to open-ended creative work? my first attempt at giving it a process signature: from a real project's transcripts i pulled 146 ideation events; the cubes are the moments ai forked the ideas open, laid along a 3d chronological trace of the sessions.

exploring shapes of thoughts: extracted my obsidian notes' embeddings and arranges them as a 3d network using 3 different topologies: - centralized: one core idea connecting all - decentralized: notes cluster into themed hubs - distributed: edges labeled by llm describing how ideas connect

i built a dashboard for my claude code sessions: 254 sessions across 58 projects over 3 months 🤖🧚♀️ - 3d terrain map of token usage over time - session cards with first/last prompts, hover to expand - click to resume any past session in-browser - activity heatmaps, project treemaps code available for my x subscribers <3

been working on this tool that turns memorable conversations into structured, searchable notes: - visual map of books/ppl/ideas - click them to hear the context - search the whole transcript - export to markdown - share almost ready for beta users - shoot me a dm if interested!

if you are a new follower, i've been doing these gestural experiments for a while now. eventually i wanna build tools that manipulate symbolic thinking in an embodied and intuitive way. e.g. using hands to explore latent spaces like this: or make music thru interfaces like this: i'm currently full-time working and self funding all these projects. if you happen to be feeling generous at the moment, please consider becoming a paid subscriber at my substack. this could help me just go a bit further😌 💜🫶

the feature ive been working on: cross-pollination of ideas. ✦ particles drift between plants: when one touches two, it generates a brand new idea from both. a garden that doesn't just show your thinking - it extends it. releasing to x subscribers today <3

turned this into a web app you can use with your own obsidian vault! no install, just one html file: point it at your notes folder, it embeds everything with gemini, clusters by meaning, and renders the 3d network in your browser. available now for x/twitter subscribers <3

had a lot of fun playing with fable 5 today: - a visualization of the words llms tend to use when given vague prompts ("beautiful", "unique", "poetic", .etc) - a word x physics simulation game inspired by the great - some animations (mostly one shot)

i made a tiny, concrete poetry library turns text into animated typographic textures ✨ the editor is where it gets fun: dial in preset patterns, layer color blobs...in an age of vibe coding, i want to build coding tools that still feels exploratory and invites infinite play🧚
