I wasn't expecting this kind of reaction. I bought this slab of Japanese A5 meat for the last hot pot video and decided to cut off a piece and surprise Eunice with it. I will say the wagyu tastes a lot better in shabu shabu than as a steak, plus I overcooked it too.

Alright people from PHILLY... did I do this right? When Eunice and I flew to Maine we had a short layover at Philly and shared a really good cheesesteak from Tony Luke's at the airport. So I knew I had to try making it at home. I used a 60-day dry-aged ribeye which I thought made the cheesesteak have more crust and flavor. Amazing.
