🚨BREAKING –– Footage from Marietta High School in GA this morning shows hundreds of students being physically blocked by administrators from engaging in a student-organized walkout in defense of immigrants and all people being terrorized by ICE. Reportedly the superintendent of the Marietta Schools system attempted to physically restrain students as students demanded to assert their constitutionally protected first amendment rights to assemble and peacefully protest. This despicable behavior of intimidation and harassment of students by school administrators should be condemned by all and they will be held accountable! We stand with the thousands of students across Georgia courageously walking out of classes today in protest of the racist mass deportation machine!

15 year-old high schooler and student organizer, Zaire at today's Press Conference at the Atlanta Liberation Center: "Students are facing threats of suspension and intimidation for organizing walkouts. Why are we being punished for doing the right thing while ICE gets to act with impunity and is murdering so many in the streets? So many students in Georgia organized walkouts last week despite all the threats. Students are willing to face suspension. It's a risk worth taking because of what is at stake. I am being threatened with suspension, but l am here standing and my school will walk out to demand an end to ICE." On Friday, January 30 - Trump and the billionaires will see the power of the students and workers united. In Georgia, over 75 schools will walk out. No business as usual. Actress and activist Jane Seymour Fonda joined hundreds in Downtown LA today at an emergency demonstration protesting the US and Israeli attacks on Iran conducted in the past day. In her speech, she drew parallels with the Vietnam war and urged Americans to hit the streets - the people's movement put an end to that war, and it can stop this one as well. We don't want our money being used to murder middle eastern children to create profit for billionaires. We want healthcare, housing and education for working people at home. NO WAR ON IRAN!
