I come from a country ruled by fear, but I choose courage. Bobi Wine lit the flame—we keep it burning.

In 2024, Kagadi LCV Chairperson Ndibwami Yosia (NRM) was a passenger in a vehicle driven by his driver when the vehicle knocked down and killed a Ugandan. Since then, despite the driver being arrested and charged, the family is still waiting for justice and accountability.

When the regime sent the military to Bobi wine’s home and brutalized hus family, regime apologists went on air threatening that when Bobi Wine came out onto the streets, they would kill him—and that if he was lucky, he wouldn’t end up like Dr. Kizza Besigye. Now, he has been grabbed from the studios of Radio Simba by armed men in civilian clothes. I love this game😂😂

I saw many regime apologists and stooges claiming that Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi’s remarks after being granted bail led to re-arrest. But those of us who have followed these events for years know this pattern. We saw similar incidents after Hon. Ssegirinya and Hon. Ssewanyana were granted bail, when they were reportedly taken again after leaving court with their lawyer. Museveni is a total coward who fears Nup and its words because we walk the talk!

Alex Waiswa Mufumbiro has been in prison since September 8, 2025. His wife died while he was detained, and he was denied the chance to give her a final goodbye. Yesterday, yet another bail application was rejected, pushing the matter to September 18. He will now spend a year and 10 days in prison without trial. His crime? Supporting Bobi Wine and NUP. This is not justice. It is political persecution. #FreeUgandaNow

This clip was captured today by NTV as the FDC President campaigned in Kyadondo East. But take a moment and think about it—if these were NUP supporters, how many dead bodies would be on the ground by now?

Through the kindness of Ugandans both in the diaspora and at home, funds were raised and he was fitted with an artificial leg. Uganda’s Constitution, Article 208(2), says the UPDF must be non-partisan. Section 16 of the Political Parties and Organisations Act also bars serving soldiers from engaging in partisan political activities. Since the CDF who is meant to upload discipline and accountability breaks the law with impunity engages in partisan politics Yet we are now seeing serving military officers doing exactly that. When those meant to uphold the law break it, what we see is lawlessness.

Albertine, a police officer attached to the Flying Squad, is the officer seen in this video brutally assaulting a Ugandan without following due process. This is exactly the kind of impunity we are talking about—law enforcement officers must be held accountable and operate within the law.

It was a deeply emotional scene when a sick man, weak but determined, asked his family to take him outside just to catch a glimpse of his president. When Mr. President saw him, he immediately stopped the entire trail, walked towards him, held his hand, and told him to stay strong.

This is one of the most heartbreaking videos I have ever watched. After the demolition of people’s homes by National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) , a devastated mother reportedly chose to take her own life, overwhelmed by the pain of losing everything she had worked for. In the video, her young son can be seen desperately pleading with her not to do it. No child should ever have to witness such pain. No mother should be pushed to such hopelessness.
