Section 16 of the Political Parties and Organisations Act also bars serving soldiers from engaging in partisan political activities. Since the CDF who is meant to upload discipline and accountability breaks the law with impunity engages in partisan politics Yet we are now seeing serving military officers doing exactly that. When those meant to uphold the law break it, what we see is lawlessness.
