Analyzing footage from D-Square in Islamabad in which individuals can be seen on top of a building, from where civilians said bullets were being fired to target civilians, Wajahat Khan says, from his experience, “these are army personnel. 100% they are army men. Two spotters, and two snipers. They are using a range finder.
