Today marks me being 40lbs down! Got a nice meal with chicken breast and veggies mixed with my fave buldak hot sauce. And then feasting on 4 eggs, canned tuna and yummy multi grain bread! I still enjoy fast food, but cut my portions, and zero sugar soda! Yippee! Proud of myself!
