A friend tells me the #PakistanArmy quietly changed its Quetta train movement protocol after the #JaffarExpress attack. Instead of boarding from the main station, 4–5 carriages are reportedly moved overnight to Quetta Cantonment, where army personnel on leave board in the morning.
