Well, it’s been a week since last blackout session. The sides are still wild sensitive. Usually by day 3 I’m fine. That skin on ribs and side of stomach is super thin and sensitive. Can’t wait to get back to training again. I think by Monday I should be fine.

Took a quick trip to Philly for another session with Gunny. We tweaked the stomach area and added more to sides and back. Now to take this 4 hour drive back home to pick up my kids and get to relaxing
