It feels like there’s been a shift today. 💥 This morning, The Nationals MP Alison Penfold introduced a bill to amend the Sex Discrimination Act and restore sex-based rights and protections for women and girls. 💥 Her speech was excellent, and unlike similar bills, hers was not stopped in its tracks. 💥 Then, at a press conference, she and Senator Senator Matt Canavan stood shoulder to shoulder with Sall Grover - THE WOMAN who represents every woman and girl who has been vilified, punished or harmed as a result of the lie that men can be women. I joined Caleb Bond on Sky News Australia to discuss today’s Giggle v Tickle decision but I’m honestly still in shock. And I’m angry. Angry that men who claim to be women are not only women in law, but have more rights than the actual women the law was designed to protect. Angry that women and girls have been told, once again, that our spaces, boundaries and safety matter less than men’s feelings. Angry that this insanity is being championed at the highest levels by ideologically captured governments and institutions. Angry that Sall Grover has been left to carry this burden for the past 4.5 years when our politicians could have fixed our laws in an instant. No more cheap talk about women’s rights and safety. Parliament must fix the Sex Discrimination Act NOW. I will have more to say when I’ve read the full decision. But until then - and always - men still can’t be women. #Auspol #IStandWithSallGrover

NSW Premier Chris Minns is either ignorant about the reality of his own laws and policies – or hoping the public won’t notice the contradiction 🤨 💬 Minns says NSW law must uphold the biological differences between people “born male” and “born female”. Premier, they’re called men and women. 💬 And saying NSW “won’t change the law” on female sport and women’s prisons misses the point: the law has already changed. The NSW Labor Government helped usher in sex self-ID, allowing men to change their legal sex to female – and now the Premier is insisting women’s sports and spaces will somehow remain protected. How? If a man can legally become “female”, how exactly will he be stopped from entering women’s sport, prisons, bathrooms, changerooms, refuges or other female-only spaces? In NSW, male athletes who identify as women are already competing in female sport. Male offenders who identify as women have already been housed in women’s prisons – and despite representations from the Government to the contrary, its latest policy STILL allows this. Minns’ sentiment is welcome. And it’s great to see a Labor leader finally acknowledge biological reality. The story of 25-year-old Spanish woman Noelia Castillo Ramos is by far one of the most horrific and devastating I have ever come across. A vulnerable young woman with mental health issues in state care, Noelia was brutally gang raped in a government-run facility in 2022. The trauma was so severe she later tried to end her life by jumping from a fifth-story window. She survived, but was left paraplegic and in physical and mental pain. Now, at just 25, her request for assisted suicide has been approved and is scheduled for TODAY: 26 March 2026. This comes after two years of legal battles which went all the way to the European Court of Human Rights, despite her father’s desperate attempts to stop it. Let that sink in. A girl in state care is raped. Is so traumatised she tries to kill herself. Left disabled and suffering. And the final “solution” the state delivers is to help her finish the job. This is not compassion. This is abandonment. A civilised society does not respond to suffering by eliminating the sufferer. Noelia deserved protection. She deserved justice. She deserved healing. Instead, she was failed by the Spanish Government at every stage - from neglect to violence to death. And we are told this is dignity. When in reality, it is an utterly appalling, heartbreaking, inhuman inversion of it. If you are the praying type, please pray for Noelia 💔🙏
