A promotion winner with Gillingham FC and a title-winning manager in Brunei, his track record speaks for itself. Ady is joined by his trusted backroom team, including Assistant Manager Roland Edge, Goalkeeper Coach Les Cleevely, and Fitness Coach Neil Withington. We’re delighted to announce the return of Lee Martin! Lee rejoins Ramsgate for his third spell with the club, this time as a player/coach. Having previously scored 8 goals in 78 appearances, Lee was a key figure in our 2024/25 title-winning campaign and wrote his name into Rams history by netting the winner against Woking in the 2023 FA Cup First Round.
