Still working through the specifics, but we like 'flat back drive' going 'through' the runner, not 'to' the runner with horizontal movement. Same foot / same shoulder with shoulder strike and clamp. Good progression here. .Andrew Ryland .Richie Gray .Adam Archuleta

.Coach Dan Casey is correct, this is a great drill for RB's. Because of this, we have to teach our ILB's the same thing. Close open windows fitting fast and tight.
