Top 10 Carriers by Fatal Crashes (FMCSA Data): FedEx Express (MC66562) - 76 fatal crashes UPS (MC115495) - 48 J.B. Hunt (MC135797) - 45 Walmart Transportation (MC311233) - 35 Swift Transportation (MC136818) - 28 FedEx Freight (MC121805) - 22 Old Dominion (MC107478) - 21 Prime Inc. The data shows carriers with the largests fleets have the biggest absolute exposure. Safety isn't optional when lives are on the line. We've been involved in many "negligent selection" lawsuits filed against some of our broker customers that hired carriers involved in fatal accidents. They've always been mega brokers.

FREIGHT FRAUD FRIDAY: OPERATION ENTERPRISE This episode exposes something far bigger than a single bad carrier. What started with one broker's FreightGuard Report led to: • Harassment and threats • A frivolous lawsuit • Subpoenas issued to Carrier411 • Hundreds of pages of evidence • An illegal alien arrested by HSI & ICE • And the uncovering of a massive Moldova-based freight fraud network This is the introduction to "Operation Enterprise". We're talking about: • "Trucking companies on paper" • Offshore dispatch operations • Carriers controlled from outside U.S. • Chameleon carriers • Shared VINs, foreign IP addresses, ELDs • Hundreds of interconnected MC numbers • Moldovan misinformation campaigns This is organized fraud, not isolated abuse. Legitimate U.S. carriers take decades to build compliant businesses. These networks scale overnight because: • The capital isn't clean • The labor isn't legal • Operations aren't in the U.S. • And oversight is being exploited We name names. We connect the dots. And we back it with facts, patterns, and documented evidence. This episode is just the beginning. Two more are coming - and the scope only gets bigger as we continue to reveal more details about "Operation Enterprise". American dollars are flowing overseas to Moldova through a vast network of fraud and deceipt. Get ready to learn about a "dispatch service" operating out of Moldova named "VVT Group". It's purportedly owned by Moldovan national Victor Tipa and involves about 475 MC numbers. We're also publishing another "Freight Fraud Friday" post today that takes a deeper look at Victor Tipa, founder of VVT Group, and connections to Dorin Timco, founder of carrier MC023264 Road Wizards. At one point, VVT Group and Road Wizards shared the same North Carolina address. Watch the full episode below. If you're a broker or shipper, this affects you.
