Minutes after waking up from a successful cardioversion, I’m back stretching. My wife, Payge McMahon (aka Payge Page) is like… ‘can you just rest for 24-hours?’ 🤪 Last week, I went into AFib. I normally wear a heart monitor when training, but for some reason didn’t this day. I pushed myself too hard, felt ‘off’, dizzy, and heart racing… and well, here we are… This is my 2nd time with AFib (irregular heartbeats) in the past 3 years. I’ll have a cardio ablation next month and should be good to go. I will never not wear a heart monitor and/or Apple watch when working out again. I promise Payge🙏🏼! If you are over 50 and or have a slightly enlarged heart, you should wear a heart monitor too! DDPY #afib

I wish this video wasn’t so blurry because I’d really love you to see my boy Chris Kanyon having fun in the ring. He was an innovator of offense & one of my closest confidants. When we wrestled against each other, I felt like I was working with a much younger version of myself. The matches came together so easily. I was one of the first people Chris told he was gay. He was so afraid to tell me. I was like, "OK cool". That day we wrestled on a pay-per-view match for Jimmy Hart. He was one of my favorite people that I worked with in the ring! 16 years ago, he took his life. I can only hope my brother is in a much happier place. DDP Brian Cage Matt & Nick Jackson DDPY

I took a really bad fall three nights ago and if I was your average 69 year old guy it could have been way worse.
