OKC Fire: Service does not always stop when the emergency is over. Crews recently responded to a medical call involving a man who became ill while mowing his yard. After providing care and getting him safely into the ambulance, we noticed the yard was only half finished. We couldn’t leave it that way, so we finished the job. It was a simple act of kindness and a reminder that caring for our community goes beyond the call.
